OBSERVATIONS:
To confirm your reservation we ask for a 50% deposit of the total amount.
50% final payment must be received not less than 30 days prior to arrival.
It is paid by bank transfer.
Security deposit
A security deposit of 1000€ is required to be paid one week before arrival.
It will be refunded 7 days after check out.
Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
60 days prior your arrival: 50% of deposit refunded
Less than 60 days prior your arrival: no refund of deposit

Check in time: from 3pm to 6pm
Check out time: 11am
